The Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys’ Council (CFREAC) held a joint meeting with the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (RPPTL) on December 7th.  The event, which was co-sponsored by the Orange County Bar Association’s Estate, Guardianship & Trust Committee, featured a Trivia Contest for Members to match wits on “Dirt and Death” topics.  CFREAC and RPPTL also collected toys for Toys for Tots and raised money for United Against Poverty.

The Bay Area Real Estate Council gathered on December 15th to celebrate the holidays at The Canopy, a stunning rooftop bar venue atop The Birchwood, a boutique hotel in downtown St. Petersburg.  It was BAREC’s first in-person event in nearly two years and everyone had a great time.  Congratulations to Anthony Surber, the winner of the Holiday Bourbon Drawing!

The Jacksonville Area Real Estate Council held it’s Famous Holiday Party on December 22nd at another rooftop venue – this time it was Black Sheep, a AAA Three-Diamond and 2021 Wine Spectator Award Winner located in Jacksonville’s historic Five Points neighborhood.  Attendees played “Who Am I”, a guessing game where players use yes or no questions to guess the identity of a famous person, which provided a very entertaining way to get to know each other.
