One of our most popular publications, Tips for Buying a Home in Florida and Tips for Selling a Home in Florida have been updated!  These two publications authored by Marshall C. Deason, Jr. are the perfect resources to share with consumer clients and real estate agents who serve them.  Mr. Deason is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar and Past-President of the Bay Area Real Estate Council (BAREC).  He has over 40 years’ experience representing residential real estate clients and has also served as an adjunct professor teaching courses on Florida real estate law at both Stetson University College of Law and Cooley Law School of Western Michigan University.  Mr. Deason graciously donates these resources to Florida ARECS and we are incredibly grateful!
