If your Real Estate Council, or you individually, present FREC-accredited seminars to Real Estate Agents, you will be interested to know that the Florida Real Estate Commission has issued an Emergency Rule, 61J2ER22-1 Use of Live Streaming Technology for Delivery of Approved In-Person Education Courses, as a result of Hurricane Ian. The Rule provides that from October 27, 2022, until January 24, 2023 (90 days) approved in-person FREC-accredited offerings may be live-streamed. This appears to be similar to the emergency rules issued during the pandemic.
